Some transitions we choose, and some we don’t. But most all transitions come with a high level of uncertainty.

You know, sometimes I think life is just one big transition that never stops. So, the more skillfully you learn to be with the ONE TRUE CONSTANT OF CHANGE, the more comfortable you’ll be able to rides the waves of your journey….and the more you’ll get out of life.

In closing, I’d like to share with you one of my favorite quotes on transition from Elizabeth Lesser in her book, Broken Open:

How strange that the nature of life is change, yet the nature of human beings is to resist change. And how ironic that the difficult times we fear might ruin us are the very ones that can break us open and help us blossom into who we were meant to be.

Keep blossoming my friends. Love,

Amy
