It’s frustrating. You feel like you couldn’t possibly be more motivated or “ready” to finally kick this thing, but yet, you find yourself in its clutches all over again. Ugh.
If you want to really change something, perhaps you need to be approaching it a little bit differently than you have been. If you want to see a different result, you’ve got to put a different kind of energy out there.
