If you watched last week’s video, you know you’re in for another treat today. Today, we take a deep dive into the nitty gritty of learning how to deal with the feelings and the vulnerability that comes up when we are immersed in a forgiveness process.
I don’t know about you, but for me, it’s pretty easy for me to intellectualize the idea of forgiveness and rationally see its benefits, but embodying the practice can become a lot more complicated and challenging.
Fortunately, our fellow warrior woman, LeTonia Jones, has some more sage wisdom for us on this topic today.
If you’re just tuning in, be sure to watch last week’s video to get the whole story. We are truly blessed to have LeTonia share her story and lessons learned with us. You’ll see what I mean. Take a look below.
Oh, and you may want to get out a note pad to jot down some notes. She’s got some great tips in this one.

My favorite take aways from this interview:
– A warrior is someone who can remain still when everything else is chaotic. (Click to tweet)
– Try to make everything love. Turn negative things into loving opportunities and turn already loving things into even more love! (What a cool way to apply your creative energy and bring more light into the world!)
– You must forgive yourself first. You can’t give to others what you don’t first have for yourself.
Thanks again to LeTonia for her generosity of spirit and her willingness to be vulnerable so we all can learn. What a gift!
Please take a moment in the comments below to let us know what your biggest takeaway from this interview was. I’m curious. Who else has been exploring how to embody more forgiveness in their life too?
Blessings to all,
Amy
