Some days are just harder than others. Of course on those days, it can feel harder for us to have access to our higher knowing. At times like this, I’ve always been inspired by this quote:
“One must live in the middle of contradiction because if all contradiction were eliminated at once, life would collapse. There are simply no answers to some of the great pressing questions. You continue to live them out, making your life a worthy expression of leaning into the light.” – Barry Lopez
The last part is my favorite – make yourself a worthy expression of leaning into the light. Beautiful. Sounds awesome, and I’m on board. But how do I do that if I feel like crap? Here’s a few tips below to get you on the right track. 🙂

In closing, I just want to point out that darkness isn’t inherently bad. It’s just usually a little (or a lot) harder to be with. But never give up. Even the darkest night cannot extinguish the light of a single flame. In fact, that’s when your light shines the brightest.
And as Mary Anne Radmacher once said, “As we work to create light for others, we naturally light our own way.” So, if all else fails, be of service to others, and you may just find your way again.
Big love dear ones,
