So, over the last two years, I probably had some of the most intense growing experiences of my life. Just to share a few of the highlights, I got married; bought a house; had a baby; started my coach certification training program after 16 years in the business; and decided to write and publish a book. Gulp.

If that sounds like a lot, it was. And then some. Even though all of it felt like great stuff, I would be lying if I didn’t share that it also came with a lot of growing pains too. I was stretched to my limits in terms of my capacity to be vulnerable and grow. More often than not, most days I felt a little crazy, confused, and overwhelmed.

I had my own real-life laboratory to put to the test some of the same mental upgrades I offer to my clients when they are going through times of great growth or transition.
