I’m a busy woman, and the truth is, I like a certain amount of busyness. I feel energized, engaged, and vital when I’m busy. If my schedule is too wide open, I lose momentum; fall prey to depressive tendencies; and don’t feel nearly as healthy.
But, I recognize that there’s a skillful way to be busy and a not-so-skillful way. Do you know the difference?
The skillful way allows me to get a ton of stuff done while still feeling grounded, focused, and sustained. The not-so-skillful way, on the other hand, depletes my energy; leaves me feeling chaotic; and usually makes me more prone to making mistakes.
In the video below, I share my “secret sauce” recipe that makes my busy schedule seem absolutely delicious and fun, and not like I just overate from the buffet of life and now have a stomachache. And trust me, if I can master this perception shift, I know you can too (because I am one super stubborn busyness-addict.)
Enjoy lovelies! Your freedom starts when you press play.
