During this time of year, people’s schedules always seem to be packed to the brim. Like nature in many parts of the world right now, we’re in a season of harvest and full ripeness.
A full schedule can feel invigorating, but even when the abundance is good, it can be overwhelming to have a completely full cup all the time.
The feminine principle in the yin/yang balance adds space. It brings context, breathability, and allows us to really appreciate the harvest we do have. But how do you get space when everything feels so packed?
Today, I have a special treat to help us balance the fullness of our lives with a little time out – a special meditation to give you a little assistance in letting go. Sometimes it’s the clutter in our mind that makes things feel more packed than anything else.
So, here it goes. Put everything else aside, press play, and get ready to lighten your load. Enjoy!

Whether or not you watch this video again, remember it only takes one breath to reset the mind… a moment to choose to let go… an instant to choose to be present with where you’re at.
Life’s too precious to go around a slave to your thoughts. Drop the excess baggage and allow for the space to really enjoy the here and now.
