Is it me, or does it feel like lately a lot of people are going through some major life-altering transitions?
Our society tends to call this type of experience a mid-life crisis, a breakdown, or some other kind of malfunction. We use phrases like “breaking down” or “falling apart.” Usually, there’s a lot of negative energy and talk around these transition times.
But is this “falling apart” such a bad thing? I don’t think so. In fact, I think falling apart can be one of the juiciest, most heart-expanding times in our lives.
That said, I know heart-expanding isn’t always a walk in the park. So, since so many folks I personally know are going through a “falling apart” in their lives right now, I thought it’d be a good idea dedicate this week’s video to some insights around holding this “falling apart” with a lighter touch.
And even if you’re not currently falling apart, there’s still some useful insights for you in this one. Check it out!

So, whaddya say?
Are you willing to embrace the chaos and awaken the dancing star within you?
Let me know what resonated for you in the comments below. Or, if you know someone going through a “falling apart” in their life right now, please forward this video in hopes to offer them some comfort and blessings from our collective tribe.
Big love y’all,
Amy

This is a great validation, Amy. I had a meltdown in the beginning of July which took me through the month & spilled into the beginning of August. I knew enough to take a step back & just be. I cried a lot, took walks, and tried not to think (too much). At some point things (and me) started feeling better and I started to move forward again. Thank you!
Bravo Jane! Yes, there’s a need to just surrender when this happens, isn’t there? It can feel so scary to do that, but once we do, it’s as if the system rights itself. I’m glad to hear things are feeling more aligned again! Sending love, Amy
