You’re a creative go-getter. A mover and a shaker. A visionary. An Innovator. And I absolutely LOVE to serve you. Seriously. One of my greatest delights in this life is to be a catalyst for change makers to own their greatness. So, here I am: Part Coach, Part Strategist, and Part Spiritual Mentor. And 100% ready to light things up.

When I was younger, I was often called a Polly-Anna, foolishly romantic. But, don’t let that characterization throw you. There’s something entirely strategic about choosing to emphasize our potential for goodness….heck, our greatness, especially in a world where we can become so seduced by our own and other’s negativity.

I help you find ways to take your seemingly impossible dream and actually make it inevitable.

I see absolutely no reason why you can’t be unabashedly passionate and powerfully practical at the same time to get real, grounded results that make your dreams a reality.

That’s the kind of logic that has allowed me to dream big and take risks where others shied away. The form of my offering has taken many shapes over the years. But whether I was playing the role of yoga teacher, strategic consultant, life coach, writer, public speaker, or wellness counselor, my intention has always remained the same:

Create a space for others to connect to their own inherent wisdom, and potential gets ignited. Couple that with clear intentionality, incisive strategy, and expert-level support, and magic can happen.

No matter where you are on you’re journey as a changemaker, I can provide you with tools to stay anchored to your authenticity while lovingly guiding you to explore the new edges of your potential and continue your evolution.

Perhaps, I got my boldness of vision and my “can-do” kind of attitude from being raised the youngest of five girls in a single mother household in the Midwest. There was never a shortage of powerful, resilient, and creative women around me. My grandma, my mom, her 6 sisters, or my four sisters (a veritable tribe, right?!), were always making miracles happen and gave me some of my first examples of what it means to be a spiritual warrior and to live from your heart.

Those early days have greatly influenced my values of how I work in this world, always being driven by something greater than just a bottom line. I truly believe in the power of community and giving back, and celebrate the ripple effect of goodness that an empowered soul can have.

Just because you’re a visionary doesn’t mean you don’t need support

As an Innovator, you’re used to going the path alone and are probably quick to dismiss your own needs in the service of others. But our world is changing, and it’s imperative to embrace a philosophy of transformation that’s inclusive of your own needs and well-being now. Anything less just reinforces old paradigms of separateness and keeps you playing small.

There is another way.

It is my sincere hope for you that you are able to lead the life you’ve always imagined for yourself, one in which your brilliance sparks a revolution and evolution of consciousness in others…and one in which you feel deeply nourished at the same time.

Those two things don’t have to be mutually exclusive.

Armed with an ivy league education, a masters in rhetoric, and certifications in yoga and empowerment coaching, and over 15 years experience as a spiritually-minded entrepreneur, Amy blends ancient wisdom with modern education techniques and business savvy to deliver top-notch, multi-disciplinary offerings that are at once heartfelt and powerfully practical.

Not content with business as usual, Amy founded her own consulting company, True Nature Wellness, in order to make traditional wellness practices (like yoga) and empowerment trainings available to all types of people regardless of their age, state of health, or economic background. Her work reached international bounds with her customized programs serving everyone from Alzheimer’s patients, women activists in third-world countries, high end corporate CEOs, universities, non-profit institutions, and the top celebrities and philanthropists in NYC and LA. Her outreach work continued in 2006 when she co-founded Karma Krew, a yoga based non-profit, in order to make the yoga community more socially conscious and training teachers to bring their services into under-represented communities.
