As far back as I can remember, I have always had a fascination with the human condition and how we can constantly evolve and improve our situations if we want to. Not a bad obsession, right?

On second thought…as well-intentioned as I may have been, I’ll be the first to admit that I went through my phase of being a self-improvement junkie.

If there was some trendy health craze to try; some new style of yoga to learn; or some secret healing technique that was just emerging, I was going to master it. Heck, I still can’t go in a bookstore without first setting a firm rule that I will not buy another self-help book until I finish one of the unread ones on my bookshelf.

Lucky for me, I was able to outgrow this phase of my personal growth and move on to a more mature and grounded version of self-help where meaningful change actually started to take root in my life.

How’d I do it?  Find out in the next Living in Your Potential video below.

Ok, so let’s ground here. I can’t speak for the rest of the blog communities out there, but at this one, we are going to walk our talk.

To activate meaningful change in your life and break free from the power-robbing pattern of addiction to self-improvement, answer these three questions in the comments below:

1. What’s your intention? What energy are you going to hold this week?

2. What self-help practice or offering are you going to do this week that has been on your to-do list forever?

3. How are you going to integrate what you’re learning in to your day-to-day life?

Let’s do it, ladies! Let’s hold each other accountable. Change starts now!

Big love,

Amy 🙂
