Is it possible to have two things that are seemingly exact opposite both hold truth at the same time?

For sure!

But most of us don’t like how this feels. It messes with our mind’s desire for things to fit in neat little, controllable boxes. We don’t like tension or discomfort. We don’t like to break out of the convenient reality our mind has created for us. It turns our worldview upside down. Hence, the picture. 😉

Holding both truths would mean we’d have to embrace the unknown; risk change; give up control; and see things about ourselves that we may not want to acknowledge or accept. This could shake up our self identity, or require us to take responsibility for things we’ve been trying to avoid.

No wonder it’s easier to just pick a side, and ignore or deny the other.

But if you do that, you’ll be missing out.

Some of the deepest truths of life rest in paradox. And our willingness to hold those paradoxes elevates us to higher ground, a soul ground…a place where your soul can grow and take it to the next level.

Here are three juicy paradoxes that can catapult your consciousness and un-tap your potential.

But are you willing to let go of your current reality and risk waking up?

Take a look.

We’ve only just touched the tip of the iceberg with paradox. I bet if you start to think about it, you’ll identify so many more paradoxes present in your life.

Interestingly though,  a lot of people don’t want to hold paradox. They will create all sorts of ways to avoid it.

I believe our resistance to holding the paradox is what causes a lot of people deep sadness, depression, or emptiness. Even anger and bitterness. And it perpetuates our unconsciousness.

So, I challenge you. Go bold. Go beyond the opposite and find the unity consciousness. Discover the unknown, and all the beauty that comes only with the willingness to hold both.

Big love y’all,
